Absolutely great service , I went thru the drive thru and forgot my shake , the order taker chased my car down to the stop light and give me the shake. What a great guy . His name was David
Got our whole order wrong . Ordered large and got mediums . I asked for a regular drink and they gave me slushy drinks . Guy at the drive through couldn’t hear us and was rude about it . Charged us for mozzarella sticks and they were not in the bag .
Can't beat them Slush drinks. Make sure to use the Sonic App for Happy Hour prices.
Waited in line for 38 minutes AFTER ordering my food. My buns are not toasted and the food is cold.. never coming back to this sonic.
