Subway - San Antonio

The manager, she was not customer service oriented or friendly. There was no line but waited over 5 minutes watching them make bread and sandwiches before they decided they could finally take our order. My chicken sandwich didn't have much meat either. Never again at this location.

Went to subway tonight and had an amazing experience. I was highly impressed by Ed’s customer service. It was so refreshing to have someone so enthusiastic about working. He was funny and friendly and gave great suggestions on what would go well with our subs. I will definitely be coming to this location more offen. Thank you Ed for putting a smile on my face.

I went online and ordered a ham footlong and a tuna for long and the lady in the morning was mad or looked upset should I say and gave me two tuna sandwiches instead when I got home I was very upset

Don’t go here . Unless you want a stomach virus!!! The tuna must’ve been rotten .
