This was by far the worst Japanese restaurant I have ever visited. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, while my wife chose the Scallop Hibachi Grill. Unfortunately, neither of us enjoyed our meals...

The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. We made several requests to adjust some of the bento lunch meals to be vegetarian, and they were more than happy to fulfill our substitution requests. The food was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. We will definitely return when we next visit San Antonio.

I dined at the Castle Hills location and enjoyed some delicious Japanese cuisine. The service was excellent, and I especially loved the flavorful rolls and the soba noodles with meat and vegetables.
