Taco Cabana - San Antonio

I love TC don't get me wrong but I had ordered their cabana bowl. The shell was not crispy at all. It was very soggy and I wasn't able to enjoy my meal at all. It is the main reason I get it because I like the crispness of the meal. I really hope when I go back that doesn't happen again.

Friendly cashier, food was delicious and brought out quickly. Ordered 2 enchilida plates with the senior discount 30% off. Great prices! Sweet tea is very sweet comparable to mcdonalds. Dine in area was clean. Salsa was delicious and

First I was told that only 2 flavors of margaritas were available. OK, no biggie. After I paid I was told that NO flavors were available. Ok, refund please. While waiting for that, I was handed my food order in a bag that had guacamole smeared all over the outside. While I was trying to get that cleaned up with my own napkins, the manager came to the window and offered to sell me 3 tequila shots for the price of the 2 double shot margaritas I had paid for. Um, no thanks. Refund please. So she refunded my money minus the tax and rushed me away before I figured it out. No apologies, no nothing.

Every time I go to this location the staff is always so rude very bad attitudes . I have gave this location chance after chance but it?s always the same they are always rude it feels like I am such a bother to them every time I go . Also do NOT order nachos just go home and make them the cheese was not even melted all the way it?s like they just threw it all together just save your money don?t even bother your really just paying someone to be rude to you and throw something together you can do yourself .

On our first visit to this restaurant, we ordered our food, and the cashier was extremely rude when we tried to add a side of guacamole to our order. He told us it wasn't allowed because there was a line behind us, even though the guacamole was already portioned. We decided to give the place another chance, and this time the staff was friendly, but we ended up missing a whole plate and a taco from our takeout order. When we tried to speak to a manager about getting a refund, no one answered the phone. Overall, it was a waste of money.
