Whataburger - San Antonio

I visited the location on Cypress, close to San Pedro on September 2, 2022. I was very impressed with the dining area. It was impeccably clean. The employees are knowledgeable and professional. An employee, (Adriana) has a very positive attitude. She'san asset to your organization.

It's been so hot out there. I can get .50 large cup of cold water with ice any time. Today I came in and purchased a biscuit with no cheese and large coffee. Andres took my order. He was great and attentive.

Been coming here for years because it’s close to the house was treated really rude not sure if it was because it of what I was wearing or not but you don’t start talking to another customer while one is still trying to address a concern while I was here management seemed more interested in hiring people instead of taking care of customers maybe if that time was spent training you’re employees to be more polite the store would do better last time here I’ll drive to commerce or west ave

I bought a homeless girl something to eat through the app I gave her all my information and she needed to get the food and called the restaurant to let them know that she would be there to get it. They told her that they wanted to see the card and did whoever did the order needed to come pick it up and everything and I was on my way to work when I did this it was cold out you know she hadn't had anything to eat so offered to buy her something. The woman was very grateful and extremely apologetic because she was embarrassed but they made her feel extremely unwanted and cared for and that's something you just don't do to people. I had to call back and make sure that they got her food I'm very disappointed in that store

I walked in and automatically felt welcomed. Peggy and Jas were awesome. Wonderful customer service. They brought a huge smile to my face. I had a problem with my burger and right away Peggy corrected. She is manager material and deserves a promotion. I will definitely be visiting here more often. I recommend this Whataburger for a great experience...
