Big Deal Burger - San Bernardino

The parking lot of the shopping center is quite small, so it can be a bit challenging to find a space on busy days.

The menu described the dish as jalapeño cheese, but it only had shredded cheese on top. Additionally, I was disappointed to find only a few fries for $6. Despite this, the burger was decent.

Don't tell your customers it's a 15 minute wait for a meal and than take 30 minutes especially if it's a scheduled pickup, why not just start making the food earlier so it's ready by the pickup time

The next day, I decided to give it another chance. I placed an order online for all the food I wanted, but when I went to check out, I couldn't select a same-day pick-up time. I would have to place an order for the following day, or explore delivery options. None of the options allowed for pick-up on the same day. After these experiences, I decided to give up on trying to order from Big Deal Burger.

Not an actual restaurant. It's just a ghost kitchen for dickeys. Drove there and they said they're online only. And their orders stop at 8pm even though their hours everywhere say open till 9. Waste of time and gas. Food probs sucks too.
