El Pollo Loco - San Bernardino

It was $28 for 12 pieces mixed chicken. No pages. No tortillas. I really wanted chicken breast so I asked to be mixed. Legs and thighs were just like $3 cheaper. It would be better to go to Stater Bros and get a whole Rotisserie chicken for $6-$12. I had a couple of vouchers, but they went out so I couldn't use them. If they hadn't expired, that would be the only time I'd go back here because the coupons from the mail were a good deal, but without coupons. I wouldn't come back.

Never will I waste my time to leave a review but this place needs to hear it. I order lunch from here M-F for pick up on the App. Today I did the same and the door was locked AGAIN and the phone was off the hook I waited 10mins calling and trying to get through. I knocked on the Door and stood there while the employees inside ignored me. The drive through line was out to the street so I left Without my food that I paid go for. Unacceptable I will not ever be returning here and I want my money back. Most the workers are rude and mad all the time. Especially and older man I think he's the Manager.

Never leave bad reviews , but this is the first location they staff is RUDE. when I asked a question they passed intercom to another EMPLOYEE NOT THE MANAGER the ten when I asked to speak to manager at Window manager was just as childish and rude as the rest. Didn't answer my question. Will never go again with all the negative reviews you'd think supervisor would retrain .

Ordered a classic chicken burrito combo with an order of churros. I was omw to AZ so I didn't start eating until I got rolling on the freeway to give it time to cool....They forgot my chicken in the burrito. It was just beans rice I asked for cabbage so it had that, but no chicken. I opened the foil to eat my churros no cinnamon either. I was already on the road so I couldn't go back but I was highly upset.

I bought a taco salad. I was betrayed that they had no shrimp, but the chicken was on the point. I didn't think it was a double chicken. They were nice and helpful, even if I did another job for chips and guacamole.
