They never mix their smoothies long enough, there are usually large pieces of fruit on the ground. It's just getting annoying.

Smooths are good. But they tend to use pre-used mixers that were not cleaned. You have to watch them make your smoothie.

If your own makes my drink, it's amazing. I am allergic to bananas so that it is still able to make my drink perfect. But her staff doesn't make it right and it tastes either watery or full of ice. If I explain it to them, they will give me an attitude

Bad service the franchise uses less fruits and vegetables to cut cost the raw juice is half water you can see the separation in the cups when you go to a different juice it up the consistency is better the green is actually a dark green compared to a light green very disappointing considering it?s my neighborhood juice it Up!! Stop being cheep the drinks aren?t cheep so stop skimping on the ingredients I won?t be going back I?ll drive far to get a quality drink Sad ?

Smoothie was good, and service was quick but the cashier had absolutely zero customer service skills. I felt like an inconvenience during the entire time I was talking with her. Very awkward. I won't be returning to this location.
