Seniore's Pizza - San Bruno

The cheese pizza was cooked perfectly today! It was nice and hot and had a nice amount of cheese and not over cooked.

Pizza was dripping with grease which explains the terrible ingredients they use. They also forgot to add my sauce which I paid for. I like me a nasty greasy pizza sometimes but this was just too much.

Whoever was working at this hour, was so very rude over the phone!! How can you tell a guest over the phone to hold their horses as you’re assisting other guests in front of you? Do we see that over the phone? Plus… call dropped the first time I was on hold, now I’m not sure if he hung up after I asked for delivery. When I had called back the third time he mentioned he wasn’t speaking to me he was saying it to a male guest? Omg unacceptable!! Very poor customer service!!

Ordered pizza thru their website at 11pm for pick up, showed up 20min later and they were closed. Called today(next day) at 7:30pm, manager said I placed my order for the next day at 11am morning, and I never showed up and they made the pizza, therefor no pizza and no refund. They usually close at 3am but yesterday they closed early due to power problem. Why would i order it for next day morning? And no follow up call to pick up?

Ordered the hawaiian pizza you could actually taste the candian bacon they use. Unlike some in some pizzas where it’s some bland ham or canadian bacon that you can’t really taste.
