Great view of the lake, older building, but great service and facilities are well maintained.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Very central location, staff was really helpful and friendly and awesome breakfast as I am used to experience in other NH hotels. The structure however needs serious investments and a restyle. Wallpaper is coming off the walls, old furnishing and no AC. Fitness area is a joke and should get modern equipment.

Location is very good, at the centre. Has car park area as well. Rooms are nice and clean. But the hotel is old and needs renovation. Breakfast is very good. I liked the juice very much. The price is much more than expected during high season. It seems staff has no motivation to solve the issues, since they are already full in high season.

Rooms were nice. Gym and other amenities are a bit outdated. Heated pool was barely heated. Be aware of hidden fees when booking online things can cost up to 50% when checking out)

The room is good! But without air conditioning. I don’t understand how at this time this kind of hotel have an awful wifi service! It’s imposible have a good internet connection, even at the lobby. The worst WIFI service at all! Other issue was you have to pay for the parking service! I understand they don’t have the enough capacity for all the rooms, but at least they can offers free for the first rooms to check. Sometimes is better do the reservation in a small family hotel than this big corporation. Total disappointment!
