Subway - San Clemente

Terrible service! 2 employees with no enthusiasm for work, they didn't offer us any extra options (which we knew we could choose), they always wanted to finish the order too quickly, they didn't even offer drinks! My opinion: if you're not happy with your job, look for something that makes you happier, there are many options!

Each time I visit this restaurant, it's always a disappointing experience. The staff, who appear to be children, seem unhappy and their behavior and attitude are very poor. The customer service here is terrible, even though I come here out of convenience. I apologize, but I cannot recommend this place.

The guy who works the closing shift moves as slowly as he can.

My visit to the Subway restaurant in Walmart city of San Clemente was extremely disappointing. The female staff were rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome. The food did not taste fresh and seemed stale, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. Overall, I was not satisfied with my meal or the service. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will not be returning. I would rate it 0 out of 5 if I could.

The server who assisted me was so friendly, I have to give them a 5-star rating! Exceptional service, I just wish I had gotten their name so I could give them a shout out.
