Bidra med feedbackHad some issues getting waited on. Was not crowded so not sure why. Someone in our party had to send her wagyu burger back twice because it was like a hockey puck both times. Luckily they took it off the bill and gave us dessert. Shrimp and grits were ok. Grits were chunky and dry. All veggies served were not cooked enough was just like eating them raw. Steak and lobster were very good. Crème brûlée was the best ever! Normally love this place thinking some of the employees were not into it that night. Will return. Beautiful place.
Erica is a fantastic server. Ask for her if you can and tip her very well because she is worth it! Food is fantastic as well!
I requested on Open Table a table an ocean view and was very pleased that they seated me on the outdoor deck. The heaters work great. The restaurant looks unique and stunning on the outside, and was equally impressive inside. Lots of items to choose from on the menu and the prices were very reasonable for the overall dining experience. The shrimp and lobster bisque was fantastic. The halibut was good. I highly recommend this restaurant.
It was our first time to Brigantine at Portside Pier, and my wife and I were super impressed. It helped that we went on Santa Ana-warm late afternoon, arriving at 5 pm in late October so we could bask in the sunshine. We both said the wedge salad was the best wedge salad we ever had because of the big chunks of bacon and lots of diced tomatoes . . . and our fish entrees were superior. A memorable way to celebrate my wife's birthday!
From the hostess who sat us to Connor was our server everything about Brigantine was stellar. It was my Wife's birthday and we were visiting from out of town and they sat us outside right on the water under the moon omg it was fantastic and that was before the food. The crab cake was full of crab and flavor, my Wife had the certified ny strip and I had the crab stuffed prawns, both dishes were a knockout 10/10. Connor treated dessert so we chose the cheesecake to share and as avid cheesecake lovers the presentation/texture of the cheesecake was superb and the mixed berry compote was perfect. Easily a top 3 cake for us. Best part about the experience was it didn't feel stuffy but we certainly felt 5 star vibes.
