Cucina Caprese Pizzeria Trattoria

An Italian coworker recommended this place, claiming it has the best pizza in San Diego. Intrigued, I decided to give it a try, and it did not disappoint. I’ll definitely be returning!

Fantastic service! My family and I visited for New Year's Eve, and even though the restaurant closed at 9 PM, the owner graciously stayed until around 10 PM to serve us. He was incredibly kind throughout our visit, and we truly appreciated his hospitality that night. I will definitely return whenever I have the chance!

We were truly impressed by the quality of the food at this restaurant. It's an authentic Italian establishment run by a chef from Capri. We were particularly struck by the chef's dedication, as he begins his day at the farmer's market to select the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. We highly recommend this place!

Excellent! We enjoyed our dinner here. The chef was very attentive introducing us the specials of the night and making sure that we enjoyed the meal throughout. The food was very good. We ordered two specials and both were very tasty, especially the spaghetti with cod! So yummy! Loved the desserts as well. Overall, great experience and we for sure will be coming back!

I went with a friend for the first time and it was wonderful! The owner was very personable and hospitable. Loved that he's from Italy!! Food was delicious! Large portions enough to share. Will definitely go back again!
