Domino's Pizza - San Diego

I have been ordering Pizzas for over 5 yrs from this Store for my Son who lives in PBch ! He?s a little short on cash so help him out and his roommate ! The store is always polite and helpful they tell me the deals and save me money ! The pizza is verygood for the price and we have never had a bad Pizza from this store ! I order it from Texas or sometimes on line ! In fact mywife and me are visiting tonight and looking forward to trying the Pizza ! Anyway just wanted the Store to know that Iappreciate that they take good care of my Son and his Roommate with nice flavor-able pizza at a great price ! Cant seem to catch a break with fast food lmao. I've ordered a few times from here and it's been edible. But I ordered a pizza with Pepperoni and Bacon, and got a cheese pizza with Jalapenos. So I called and was kind of curious if there was anything theycould do about it, like maybe not mess up my order next time. And was pretty much told to screw off. My wife works at a domino'sand anytime an order was messed up, usually they make it right by making sure it's actually what you order the next time around.Wasnt looking to get my order replaced, but simply made correctly. Rude employees, mediocre food at best.

I ordered through the Domino's app and tracked my order, even receiving a text notification that it was ready. When I arrived at the store, a woman greeted me and asked if I was there for a pickup. I replied that I was, but she said there were no pickups ready, which confused me since I had just been alerted via text. She didn't even ask for my name or order details. After she left the front counter, I waited for 10 minutes until one of the cooks came over and asked for my name. He then informed me that my order had indeed been ready and retrieved it from the shelf. Essentially, my pizza had just been sitting there for 10 minutes, wasting my time. This was a terrible customer service experience, and I will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered pizza through their app, and at the end of the process, they provided a progress bar to help me track the order's status. I placed my order at 1:30 PM, and by 1:50 PM, it had already arrived at my apartment. This was, without a doubt, the fastest delivery I've ever experienced, and the pizza was of great quality.

I spent over 20 minutes on the phone only to be disconnected! I called back and after 15 minutes, still no answer! I ended up going to another pizza place. I would advise staying away from this location! Please check out other reviews!
