Graze By Sam - San Diego

The food was fantastic! We shared the sliders and dumplings, which might sound like an unusual pairing, but we enjoyed it anyway. Both dishes had fresh ingredients, and now we can proudly say we've dined at one of Sam the Cooking Guy's restaurants.

You're right; I didn't include enough details. Our waitress interacted with and touched three different dogs while serving our food, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, I was served a cocktail that wasn't what I ordered, and the Prosecco was warm and served in plastic glasses. The salad was also soggy. Looking back on it, I think a one-star rating might be more fitting for our experience.

Date night was delightful! We savored a bottle of wine along with a meat and cheese platter. The ingredients were top-notch and wonderfully seasoned. I particularly enjoyed the honey and olives, while my husband couldn’t get enough of the pickles and cheeses. It was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day.
