Bidra med feedbackThe atmosphere was fantastic, and we enjoyed the chips, salsa, and queso to kick things off. Unfortunately, things took a turn once our main courses arrived. I ordered the crispy Ahi tacos, but the Ahi was overcooked and the tacos were overall pretty bland. Two others in our group opted for the red snapper and regretted it, as the fish was tasteless and drowned in a flavorless green sauce. My husband had the shrimp quesadillas and found them underwhelming, describing them as "meh" and deciding he wouldn’t order them again. None of us would choose any of these dishes in the future, and due to the disappointing food experience, we won't be returning.
The Mexican food was good, and while I'm sure there are better options in San Diego, none come with such a great view! We'll definitely return.
The dishes had a surprisingly authentic taste, especially since it's not located in Old Towne. It was even better than a few places we've visited there. I absolutely loved the queso with the chips; I could go just for that! The views and atmosphere were fantastic as well. Prices are reasonable.
Music to loud, food a 10, service 7, cost 9 would repeat
Please note that I made a reservation for 4 people as there were 4 adults and my 8 month old. The hostess was a little condescending that I didn't put 5 down for my reservation stating that my baby counts in the number. I had never really heard or been told that before so just an FYI for any one reserving with babies.
