The food and environment was great! The service was slow and the waitress took a long time to come to our table we waited 15min to ask for napkins and utensils.

Good food seems like a really cool place- but just cool. King Queen just better over all in everything! No regrets going, but will stick to K Q.

Absolutely amazing food. The only complaint that I have is the staff came off incredibly rude at times. expensive but well worth it and will return again solely due to the fact, the food was amazing. I had the pork belly nachos and the wet burrito and oh my gosh, I will be having dreams about that whole meal forever. Chips seemed to be house made because they were perfection. Again, the only complaint was some of the staff came off very rude. And they should look into fixing their reservation system. I tried to make a large reservation and called multiple times to confirm days leading up to my reservation and every time they gave me a round about answer on how to book a reservation. One person confirmed it and then I called the next day and it wasn’t on the schedule and then they told me to email someone and I did and never got a response. So my part went from 17 people to 9 and they lost out on business.

The live music was too loud and hurting my ears... I couldn't even hear myself talk and my date.. Just had a couple of drinks and then paid the bill and left. Didn't even bother to order food... Very loud music, tight space, and crowded...

We arrived and got seated right away, then we were never attended to again. We sat there for 20 minutes, while the table next to us got seated and their orders taken. The waitress glanced over at us for a second, and left. We ended up walking out to go to another restaurant that ended up having way better service. Also, the music is SO unbelievably loud, even if the waitress would have helped us, I doubt we would have been able to hear anything.
