Bidra med feedbackI would not recommend this restaurant if you value the quality of the food. My experience dining here on a Sunday for lunch was disappointing. Customers are required to order and pay in full before being served. Unfortunately, all four dishes we ordered appeared to have been microwaved, resulting in overcooked and flavorless food. None of the dishes were appetizing beyond the first few bites, so we chose not to complain since we had already paid in advance.
The restaurant features a full service cocktail bar with a large selection of local beers and wine. The kitchen offers a modest food selection with high quality ingredients, though there may be a wait for your food. A 10% discount is offered to art museum patrons. Several vegetarian dishes are available. Haley, the hostess, was able to recommend options for a low sodium diet. Parking is available in a free lot, but it may be a long walk on weekends. The restaurant is child-friendly, with a sculpture garden for children to play in and a children's menu. The restaurant is completely wheelchair accessible with no steps.
The food and drinks were excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant has a great variety of beers available. You order at the bar and they bring your order to your table.
Great place for good food and family gathering. Outside area is great with plenty of seating and sunlight. Glass field for kids to play with.Food is great. Taste wise and quantity is also really good.Drinks are ok.
Probably one of the nicest locations to have lunch in Balboa Park. Wide variety of beers on tap and great choice of food. There is an ample terrace to enjoy the park. Loved it!
