Angela's Italian Kitchen - San Dimas

After sitting down, we waited a while without menus, and my husband had to go to the counter to get assistance. Angela simply asked, “Can I help you?” At that point, we still hadn’t received any water, which took about half an hour. We were seated next to the women's bathroom, and there was a slightly unpleasant sewer odor in the area. Eventually, Angela took our order. We shared an antipasto salad, which was very good, along with a small pepperoni pizza that was also decent. My husband ordered a sausage pepper sandwich to go, but unfortunately, it was overly salty, and the sausage tasted stale. Additionally, the service was quite slow throughout our visit. Based on this experience, we are uncertain if we’ll give this place another chance.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the Italian dressing was the best I've ever tasted! Overall, a great experience.

The restaurant lacks anything special or distinctive for a family-owned Italian establishment. The chicken Parmesan was flavorless, the sauce was thin, and it took an eternity to receive the bread, which was simply buttered with no garlic. The salad was also tasteless. The Angela's pizza was acceptable, which is why I rated this place 2 stars. The owner really needs to consider retiring or letting someone with a more positive attitude take over, as she appears worn out and it might be time for her to move on. She comes off as rude and condescending. I’d rather spend my money at Olive Garden, even if the food isn’t great; at least the service there is professional and reliable. As others have noted, the place is not clean—menus, floors, and tables are all dirty. It feels like a poorly managed establishment.

On our second visit to this place, I tried the pepperoni pizza. It was alright, but the sauce was too salty for my taste. I couldn't help but notice an older lady in the kitchen using her bare hands to handle the food without wearing gloves or recently washing them. It made me feel really uneasy. My recommendation is that you steer clear of this place and grab food elsewhere.

Best Italian food in town and pizza is the best you ever had ,,,, try it u won’t be dissapointed
