More Vino, San Fernando

I waited for almost an hour and a half for my appetizer and an hour for the main course at this restaurant. The waiters were friendly, but the food wasn't worth the long wait. I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.

We're here at 1845 and we were a party of 4. 2 people got their food waiting at 845 a.m. -2 hours, and the others sat and watched how their food was not ready. The waitress finally brought the food at 910 and one of the orders was wrong. So 1 person had to wait until 925pn before she got food. At that time the others were eaten. There was no apology, no confirmation of the very bad service and we were charged full price. Food quality was also bad.

First, the portion size of the seaweed salad has significantly reduced... but the price is about the same. The service fee was removed from the final invoice, but all prices in the menu have significantly increased. Since the opening of the branch in San Fernando, I have been fed and ordered by More Vino, and since the menu and price change in April, my family and I have been very disconnected from the prices and corresponding portion sizes. Our waitress, however, was extremely helpful and understanding when we complained about the serving price, and the food taste was excellent as always
