Souq Pampanga - San Fernando

I ordered the sizzling tofu, laing and garlic rice. The sizzling tofu is cooked well crispy on the outside soft in the inside. But not all tofu are like that some are soft only but still taste good. The laing is new in their menu, the flavor of the laing is perfect! Creamy and a hit of spicy. The garlic rice, was cooked perfectly you can feel every grain in your mouth and you can really taste the garlic that is balanced with a bit of saltiness to it. Sad to say i did not take a picture of it. Overall experience is wonderful. A must try!!!

Food is good and the portions are nice, great for sharing! Our favorite out of what we ordered was the Crispy Binagoongan. Affordable place to eat with a nice ambience.

Authentic Kapampangan food. Would definitely endure the road trip from Manila to come back here. Tbh, my only complaint is ang init inside the restaurant. Wish they had ac.

Filipino food here is delicious! Their interior is rustic inspired design. Their customer services is really great cause when our baby can’t eat any food, they provided us our special request for a squash for our baby. Their mojito is also a classic. My bro has beer and paired it with salted egg chicken, ansarap, angcrunchy! I love dry rub chicken wings. Mabilis din serving ng food.

SOUQ is in the top 10 restaurants to visit in Pampanga. And for good reason very near the highway, ample parking, open air, interesting interior, comfortable seating, and most of all memorable food that you'd like to come back to when you're in the area. Unforgettable for me were the malunggay pesto (didn't think malunggay would work as pesto dish and the pasta was al dente and okoy (super winner for presentation and taste! . The rest of our orders were just culinary delights! It's your usual favorite foods with elevated presentation and flavors.
