Bidra med feedbackThey forgot my fries. When i called to let them know, Bryan quickly and efficiently fixed the issue. Bryan was really friendly and helpful, had my fries ready for pick up. Also, issued an apology missing an item in my order. Appreciate it Will be returning 10/10 customer serviceeee!
Terrible experience here. Ordered over the phone in advance, paid on arrival, and still had to wait. Got home after the wings were finally prepared and ready to go only to discover that there were wings missing when I sat to eat them. These employees need to work on their customer service. I’ve heard from others that they have had issues with this location but I thought I’d still give them a chance. Those have now run out and will be taking business elsewhere.
The cashier at the time gave off rad comical vibes. There was no long wait time.
Less than 1 star here. Cashier drove me out bc the wait was one hour for what I wanted. With that I knew the quality of the wings were compromised. It also looked really dirty in there. No sense of drive to keep customers. Do not come here for wingstop.
I really love the food it's so good, but they get my order wrong everytime whether i order over the phone or in person. Always have to wait super long too. :
