Yogurtland - San Fernando

Very over priced! There are not enough flavors to choose from and I was highly disappointed. I have a yogurt place where I take my kids where we live and it is amazing compared to this. There are at least 20 varieties whereas Yogurtland had maybe 12 at the most! Oh and I was not impressed by the staff. No customer service at all. Won't be returning.

Good experience, even with covid operations, one thing that would be better is if they had more product knowledge. My lady asked if they had non-fat options, the girl assisting us said they had 2 available. Since we couldn 't get close to the machines, at the time of ordering we couldn 't see for ourselves, but as we moved through the line, we could see there were more available than that, and she even served someone else, something she would have picked instead. Should havereturned, the one she ended up with, but she didn 't want to 'waste ' it, or put them through that.

I highly recommend a visit. Client of a few years and nothing but great experiences. They tool the time and provided options and sizing. I visited this store after other shops that seem to care about a quick sale and not much more.
