If I could give this restaurant a negative five-star review, I definitely would. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dining establishment! I placed a delivery order at 7:20 PM and was told it would arrive by 8:20 PM. It finally showed up at 9:20 PM, completely cold. During the wait, I had to call the restaurant six times, only to be met with lies and misleading information. I ran up and down the stairs three times trying to locate the delivery driver. They initially promised a full refund for the meal, but the next day they went back on that promise. When I called to complain, the manager, Namona, accused me of lying and insisted that I would only receive a refund if I returned the cold food upon delivery. Considering it had been two hours since I placed the order, and I couldn’t tell it was cold until I opened it, I find that reasoning ridiculous. Honestly, this place is terrible—stay away! They have no understanding of customer service, and to top it all off, the food was disappointing as well! I am extremely unhappy with my experience.
