Hakashi Sushi Grill - San Francisco

I wanted this dinner to be better than it was. The service was so-so, a little disorganized and erratic in terms of timing of delivery of dishes. The pork belly was outstanding. The other warm dishes (salmon and steak) was cool to even cold. The sushi was good, but not spectacular. Hopefully this restaurant can get it together and raise their game.

Walked in on a Thursday night and the place was packed and full of energetic diners. Really great vibe and fun food environment for a night out with friends.

Large neighbourhood san francisco spot for Japanese food. we had both sushi and Teriyaki dishes. both were well done. the server were great, but short workers, so must be crucial and order. also quite loud, so prepared.

Very interesting selection of really fresh fish. best old dashi too. popular location. server were incredibly nice and completely waiting for table and eating.

The service was fantastic. the sushi was good, but not great. we had a lot of sashimi, nitriri and roll. very nice selection and bier selection.
