Bidra med feedbackIf you want an unwelcoming environment then come to Maggie McGarry's. I bought a drink but my friends didn't, we just wanted to watch my friend perform karaoke. The bartender tells my friends they have to go. I try to explain that we're just watching a friend perform then we'll leave but she interrupts me with DID THEY BUY A DRINK? DID THEY BUY A DRINK? No wonder your bar is so dead lady.
Awesome sports bar with a fine range of taps and a very large seating area, often open super early for international games—plus Wednesday trivia nights!
Went on a Friday night when they had live music, It was awesome!
I live close by, and used to like this place until last night (June 14th to June 15th night). We ordered a beer, I said “lager for me and IPA for my friend”, they brought both, and my friend wanted more after she finished her first beer. After the first sip of the second round, my friend found out that it was not the same beer, and the taste was not good at all. I tried it and agreed. I went to a bartender, and nicely said that the beer tasted different, and asked her which one was that. The bartender was so rude, and she said that she had 3 IPA and she didn’t remember which one she poured, and I should specify what I want. I responded “how would I know you have 3 types if you didn’t tell me that”. She yelled at me, so I yelled back. How come when you ask the same drink, they’ll pour anything they wanted? Or isn’t it right to tell me before I order that you have 3 types of IPA and ask me to specify before i order. You have your mouth and you should be able to communicate and take care of your customers.
