Fantastic place. Really great taste and texture. The horchata flavor is so good. And great topping options.

The service was cool, but the Croffle did not live up to expectations. Ordered the Thai tea and earl grey shaved snow/ice whatever it is. I liked the texture, not the flavor with the texture- if that makes any sense it was like creamy then watery..there's nowhere to sit except a very small bench in the window.

Matcha Green Tea with Mochi and Sweet Milk Glaze matcha was very good, the mochi was chewy. The flavor was good and really tasted like matcha. Earl Grey Tea with Sweet Milk Glaze flavor is on point! this was delicious, the moment I tasted it, it tasted perfectly like earl grey tea, it was very fragrant. I have had other desserts that had earl grey in it, but this one is probably one of my favorites.Parking is kinda hard, street parking can be found a few blocks away, if you keep looking. Snow is freshly shaved from a block of ice. Both snows were very powdery and light and was a nice fluffy dessert.

Got the Thai shaved ice, pretty decent but on the icier side. Wish the flavor went in more but hit the spot for what I wanted.

Finally tried Powder in SF! Huge portion size and was a little more than I could finish, but still sweet and light. It's the perfect thing to eat after a big meal if you've still got room. The inside reminds me of boba shops, with all the wooden floor boards and infrastructure. Pretty cool place and I'd definitely come back to visit with my friends!
