Food was great. Had the lamb and waiter recommended a nice wine pairing.

Now in their new location across the street, there is both outdoor seating and indoor. Indoors there are 2 levels, they only have 2 bathrooms for the entire restaurant though which is less ideal, a long line all the time... Got the ribs this most recent time and the Alfredo garlic gnocchi. Gnocchi was soft and pillowy

It was okay I was referred here if you like garlic. There is a lot of garlic, but not as tasty as one would think. Maybe worth a try, but it’s a maybe. The atmosphere is good. They do need to change their address on Google maps, the actual restaurant is a couple blocks down the road from where Google maps says it is.

Iconic North Beach restaurant, reservations are highly recommended even on weekdays. The food is good, and if you want something without garlic, look for the dishes that are marked safe for vampires

I enjoyed it way more around 4 years ago. Food was better (garlic). I heard there was an ownership change… at this point not my favorite to go place. It was still decent but not the same.
