Bidra med feedbackNoodles were ON POINT the flavouring, toppings, etc were all tasty. But the texture, the pull, and the chewiness of their noodles were verryyyyy satisfying. I can see why they're on the Michelin Guide... I tried their side dishes as well, but my favourite was the pork dumplings. If you don't like chewy dumpling skins then maybe not for you, but I quite like a good thick skin before enjoying the pork juice inside : 10/10
Menu 4/5 Taste 4/5 Customer service 4/5 Cleaniness 4/5 Price 5/5 Pretty solid Sichuan place. The noodles are pretty good and have rich full of Sichuan peppers. My favorite there is the pork dumplings. The sauce they use for them are exquisite.
We went for lunch on a Sunday and it was just great! Service was totally fine, portions were big and prices were fine too (cheaper compared to WeHo). We ordered hot sour chaoshou, chili oil chaoshou, spicy beef noodles, hot sour glass noodles and Chengdu Zajiang Noodles. We will definitely come back!!
For someone who has very low spicy tolerance that still loves szechuan, this was the perfect restaurant for me. the fact that they offer different flavor levels, improved my whole experience. I ordered house bark noodles seasoned level 1, steamed vegetables, chili oil chaoshou and ridden all meet the place and left very full (hearty some take houses) in any case I want to come back here whenever I am in the opposite.
Always happy to be pleasantly surprised. I avoided this place because their noodles use to be very salty, but tried it recently and definitely gotten better. Always order the steam egg
