I like that they have alternatives to dairy. The oat milk is pretty good. They don't get 5 stars because the portion is too small for the money.

One of the best bubble tea I have ever try. Loved the cup design and how they combine brown sugar.

This was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the drinks were. My husband ordered the coconut milk with taro, while I tried the brown sugar crème brûlée. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5-star rating is that the place has a B rating.

The Alley is an incredible boba shop. It's hands down the best boba tea I've ever had. The boba is perfectly soft, not hard at all. The milk used is of high quality, definitely not those generic brands. The brown sugar is fantastic—it's just the right balance, neither too sweet nor too bland. Additionally, while the prices used to be on the higher side, they've since become more affordable, yet the taste remains outstanding.

I entered the store in a lighthearted mood, not realizing they closed at 10 PM instead of the usual midnight due to the pandemic. Thankfully, the cashier was kind enough to take my last order. Plus, I received a complimentary boba upgrade! It was truly an outstanding customer experience. Thank you!
