Little Caesars Pizza - San Jacinto

Try the crazy pizza! It's fantastic. However, the service was a bit slow, and the hot pizzas weren't ready when we arrived. We ended up waiting over ten minutes for a fresh one.

I called the restaurant and they hung up on me five times. I'll be picking up my cheese pizza next week.

I placed an online order at 8:20 AM, and it was supposed to take 20 minutes. I arrived at 8:50 AM, but the pizzas weren't even in the oven yet. The staff member's excuse was that they were short-staffed, but I noticed about seven employees chatting and laughing in the back, while only one person was actually making the pizzas. I ended up waiting for about 40 minutes. I tried to request a refund, but it took them too long to respond. Overall, all the customers who ordered online were very frustrated due to the long wait. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Order through the app, but it wasn't ready when I got there. There was a pizza and wing ready that I had ordered and got faster if I hadn't pre-ordered. It doesn't make any sense. I had to talk to a manager to finally get the food while my hungry children and woman were waiting in the car. Save as much for your time, order online Slogan....

Estimated time ready 742-748....fast forward to 8-26 still not ready.....not a good place to get your pizza. Canceled my order after waiting over 50 minutes and it felt good yelling at him. They probably get and earful on a daily basis at this dumpster fire of a Little Caesars
