I've never had any issues picking up my mobile order at the drive-thru. The drinks are excellent, and the service is always fantastic! Thank you! Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. They got my order wrong and even charged me twice. When I called to address the issue, I expected to receive a refund and for the situation to be resolved. However, Aurora, the “shift supervisor,” was extremely rude and seemed clueless about how to handle my complaint. She initially accused me of lying and insisted that I hadn't been charged as much as I claimed. After I found my receipt and shared that with her, she told me there was nothing she could do unless I went back right away for a refund, which was impossible as I was at work. I strongly advise against visiting this Starbucks, as it is poorly managed and they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Service rating: 1.

This is the worst service as a consumer in this town, as you can drink your drink of choice in two sips because of the amount of ice provided. If the product is more expensive you can raise the prices, do not scam with this amount of ice. The one who is serving today 09/18/2023 has poor service and attitude, Starbucks has always been characterized by quality and good service. I hope they can supervise the town of San Jacinto.
