Olive Garden Italian - San Jose

The food was definitely better than many of the original places we’ve tried, but it still didn’t impress. The salad was underdressed and the pasta had an old taste to it. Additionally, the service was quite slow; we waited about 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. When she finally arrived, we placed our drink order, but it took another 10 minutes before we saw her again. We didn’t receive any water or tea, and I ended up getting my cocktail before my water. The waitress seemed rushed and like she wanted to hurry off.

Very good food. The service was OK... I loved the never ending soup. Fettuccine Alfredo was also great.

It's a win win when everyone can order food they like and enjoy it. The grandkids found a new favorite and grandma does well with soup and salad. They accommodated the request to switch out a dish for another one to our liking. Great job!
