Poke House - San Jose

The food was incredibly fresh and plentiful. It was also very affordable. We are big fans of sushi! I ordered the special, three hand rolls for $19. Two hungry men and one woman were in our group. I ate one roll, while the others each had two. We have two rolls left over. This is now our go-to take out spot for Friday nights.

I have decided to stop ordering from this restaurant because they have consistently failed to pay attention to the add-ons that customers pay for. This has resulted in multiple issues, including missing items such as avocado that I paid for and never received. Additionally, they did not provide the extra side of sauce that I ordered, nor did they include the sauce that was supposed to come with the food. The meal was dry and flavorless, resembling more of a cucumber salad than the dish I had ordered. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the hassle, especially when dealing with unreliable delivery services like DD.

I order from this place occasionally and the quality is decent. However, consistency is a major issue. Occasionally, I receive good cuts of fish, but sometimes they are very tough. Last night, my order didn't have any sauce, so I had to improvise with what I had in my pantry.

I love poke house ... they are very generous with their portions and the fish always tastes fresh.. i love being able to order something that is so delicious and also healthy .. Love it!!!
