Starbucks Coffee - San Jose

I just ordered a grande chai latte with almond milk, and it tastes like just warmed milk. I'm not sure if the barista forgot to add the chai or what, but I'm really disappointed that I paid nearly $6 for this.

There were 2 flies today in the food/pastries area (only 1 pictured). I was going to tell the barista/cashier, Maya, who seems like she's already received many bad reviews about, but she sounded like she didn't want to help us already so I doubt she would've cared about what we had to say. There was literally no one ahead of behind us, yet our orders were rushed and sounded like she wanted to get it over with.

Maya is super rude. She refused service to my mom only for the reason being my mother's English isn't the best. There is another rude employee as well but her name I am not sure of. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Normally when i go to safeway and shop i stop to get my coffee and the girls there at the starbucks are so nice this girl beatriz and sarah seem so fun to be around and make the best drinks!

The bathroom was very dirty, and the tables and chairs were disorganized with boxes scattered around. I'm not sure if this is due to staffing problems, but improvements are definitely needed.
