Subway - San Jose

Damn, they have this location spit shined! It was super clean inside and that made me feel great. The 3 ladies working the afternoon on Thursday, May 5th were great!!! They all had a nice system going and we're willing to help. The food is what it is but when I looked at their produce station you could tell they take pride l. It wasn't dirty or stained. No produce was on top of the counter or on the sides and the items were all fresh. Swing by for great server and a nice sandwich!!!

What a joke of a business, zero customer service and the employees blame the customers for their mistakes. Not sure how and why this store if still open. Terrible experinece and worst customer service and rudest employees. Martha (employee) barely knows english and super rude with her customers.

All the ladies at work in here are very nice respectful it's the only reason why I keep going back and the food's good too

I'm surprised this location is still in business. Tonight, I walked in to order a sandwich and there were no customers only 2 workers. 2 females making sandwiches I assume for phone orders. I stood there and didn't get a hello or hold on. I asked a question and was told to wait. They could answer a question while making a sandwich I would think. They were very rude and unprofessional. After a few minutes of waiting, I was told ohh BTW we only have wheat bread. Basically, I was bothering them, and they didn't want my business. I have been there several times for my family and noticed they are always out of product. Very poor management there and poor customer service. I hope the owner reads this and does something about it. I would skip subway at this location and go to Mr. Pickles or Togos.

4/2/2021, just walked one person ordering one person in line, they said it's more than a 20 min wait. Lol no thanks
