Our meat wasn’t fully cooked, and my children’s chicken nuggets were cold. If you’re going to hire staff, please ensure they have experience because this situation was very inconvenient. I am definitely not a happy customer.

I visit this restaurant almost every day, and they hardly ever get my order wrong. There was one instance when they messed up my burger, but I emailed my complaint, and Lugo promptly contacted me. He kept offering to make things right. When I returned, they had resolved the issue. Overall, this is my go-to spot! I really appreciate the lady manager who was there this morning and helped me with a mistake I made. Last time the error was on them, but this time it was on me. They were very helpful—thank you, everyone!
Broke the system at the drive thru today. Tried to order a mcribb meal as a small and was told the smallest offered was a medium. Needless to say I should not be eating this unhealthy food. A higher power stopped me from getting the artery clogging fries and soda to go with the meal. Thanks McDonald's you're a life saver!
The hash brown was raw and wait time was about 20 min. Also no frappes like ever. Are they just too lazy to make them. It?s ridiculous Don?t recommend this location
