Wingstop - San Juan

We had an excellent experience at this restaurant. Despite having a large group of people on the weekend, every order was perfect and nothing was missing. I had my doubts that at least one order would be incorrect due to the size of our party, but everything was done flawlessly. The specific preferences of some of our group members were also accommodated, with all flat orders being prepared correctly. The staff did an outstanding job, and thanks to them, my family and I enjoyed a delicious meal.

Not a good place to dine at. My order was lost and this is the second time I have had a negative experience. I will not be returning.

I called at 9:34 a.m. and was told they close at 10 p.m. I waited 17 minutes in line only to drive 2 minutes to order in person. The staff is short, impatient, almost rude to every customer. My last 3 visits were terrible experiences. If I didn't love their wings so much, I would stop coming. The management needs to make changes immediately.

Had to wait 15 minutes for 15 wings. well overcooked. mgmt has to stop the party around the cooking area and retrieve the staff to cook food properly. the repayment policy is that it only withdraws a complete order of 15 pieces. when I called, we were comfortable with the staff. they couldn't wait to hang us.
