Ball Park Pizza - San Juan Capistrano

The server who attended to us was quite rude. We mistakenly ordered the wrong beer, and unfortunately, we had to keep it. When she brought the beer, it spilled all over the floor, which was unpleasant. I also noticed that the napkin holder had a grammar mistake, using the wrong “there,” which seemed a bit odd. The soda machine was located behind the counter, so we couldn’t get refills and the selection was lacking. On the positive side, the arcade was spacious and nice, and the restrooms were acceptable. There were plenty of seats available, although they felt a bit cramped, which could be good for groups. The pizza was tasty, but be warned: it came with a lot of cheese.

This pizza is truly outstanding. I had never tried Ball Park Pizza before, and I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect balance of dough, toppings, and sauce. I'm so glad I gave it a shot. I ordered it through GrubHub, and it arrived hot and quickly. I highly recommend it!

My boyfriend's all-time favorite pizza place is Ballpark. Whenever we visit his parents, we always make sure to grab a pizza from there. The pizza is truly delicious—we usually go for the classic cheese pizza, but the BBQ chicken and Grand Slam are also fantastic. I highly recommend the salad bar as well; the lettuce is always so fresh, and there are plenty of toppings to choose from! The staff is consistently friendly, and we enjoy playing in the little arcade while we wait. They have a Cruisin' racing game and air hockey! Plus, the storefront has a warm and inviting vibe that’s perfect for families.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the place was clean with a friendly staff. The pizza was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Try to avoid this place on a Saturday afternoon, because children's sports can make it a little nightmare. The beer selection is excellent. The salad bar leaves something to be desired. They're worth appetizers. Your pizza is amazing. Come here in the afternoon to see a football match and have one or two beers with your friends. It will be worth your time. All in all, I'm glad I'm here. There are Ballpark Pizza locations throughout the area, and this is one of my favorites.
