Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - San Leandro

I love the fried chicken here. It can get a bit busy, though, due to limited staff so I would suggest always ordering via the mobile app so that it's ready when you arrive.

I always came here with my grandma, who is such an important figure in my life. And i can confidently say popeyes is my favorite fast food place. Nothing feels better than the taste and nostalgia of biting into their tenders. This specific location means alot to me. Seriously, ruling out nostalgia, the tenders are so good, i would come here JUST for them. But... they do sometimesmess up my order and sometimes the waiters are rude, and the windows, nasty, and the tables are almost never cleaned. Which iswhy i always order takeout.

I would rate Zero stars if I could!! I?m new to the area but this place has horrible service and terrible customer service skills. I ordered through Uber eats and waited over an hour for items that apparently ?are out of stock?. I went to the storeasking what happened to my food items, manager cannot give me a clear and concise answer. Highly upset! Will never be cominghere again.

The manager Baleena will not let customers use restroom said it's only for employees they put the sign on restroom saying out of order and when I seen employees use the restroom I ask her why is the sign up she told me it's out of order I ask how is it outof order if the employees use it? So it only worksnfor employees I ask she says yes! I ask how she said because we don't wantTo clean up after customer I said that's your job to clean the restroom. I made a call to corporate right In front of her andask her what is your name that's how I got her name and I hope corporate follows up on this

This Popeyes is the worst y'all tell me what place is out of top selling items at dinner rush. you always have to check your order twice then aging to make sure they get it right. Then the wait omg 30 minutes for two sandwiches and a Mac and cheese bythe way the sandwichs we're cold . And then you have the vagrants in front of the door and now they are hanging out inside whenI ask why you don't ask them to leave they said they didn't want any trouble really so paying customers have to put up with it.It's so sad because it is convenient but we will NOT be going back to that Popeyes we'll take the drive to the san Lorenzostore.
