Slow down! When I visited this store in the past, an excellent service has always been offered. The Thai tea I ordered only tasted small boba was waiting during my 20-minute, they ran out of the small boba....UGH

I have been going their for a year. For my experience at Quickly, i would be going there forever

Food is great and reasonable. Customer service is outstanding. Try it you will not be disappointed.

The service was TERRIBLE. This was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. The lady behind the counter was rude to me and was yelling at the chef. The chef fried my chicken and then took his lunch during my stay there. He turned around in his chair and stared at me with hate in his eyes for a good 10 seconds as I was eating my popcorn chicken. My chicken was undercooked and I got salmonella from it. Later that day I was violently sick and I realized he did this to me on purpose. I've taken 2 days off work and will have to take the next 2 days off. I'm NEVER coming back here. I've reported them to Alameda Public Health Department.

Bought mini octopus but it look like more calamari. Its so hard! Then i got taro snow with red bean but i think its old. Red bean is so sour got my drink so nasty- what a waste of money! This will be my first and last going to that! If my stomach starting to hurt i know who to blame?
