The hotel is located in SLO Public Market next to Veg on the edge. Half of her truffle selection was vegan, which is much more than I've ever seen. I have her dark chocolate goose, Mayan Mocha, Marzipan, ear gray, cardamom ginger and coconut. There were some technical difficulties with the credit card machine, but the guy offered me a free truffle for patients! The marzipan was my favorite. Probably the almond did not need in the middle, it seems distracted. There is a berry-like sweetness to her dark chocolate goose. I wonder if this is from the sugar they use? I know other vegan chocolates are sometimes using maple syrup. The cardamom ginger is pretty ginger forward, but I think it's more a stem ginger flavor than raw or powdered ginger. I didn't taste much cardamom. The coconut was fine. I'm saving the ear gray for the last time. I'd come back when I'm in the area. Very appreciate all vegan options!

The chocolates are not only delicious, but also incredibly beautiful. They make wonderful gifts to bring back home!

This place is amazing. I didn't have such a good vegan chocolate shake. And the chocolate caramels were also fantastic. Very recommended!
