Pancho's Mexican Food - San Luis Obispo

Our place. The best! Super clean restaurant with great staff and....her fooooood!!!! OMG! All right. Definitely recommend. Salsa is good, but you have to try the red sauce! It is so fresh with just the right amount of hot bonus: Pet Friendly Terrace seating. Honestly, can't say enough good things about this place

We tried the custom Chilli Verde Burrito, served wet, along with a combination plate that included an enchilada, a taco, and a chili relleno. The service, atmosphere, and food were all excellent. You can't go wrong at Panchos for authentic Mexican cuisine!

We went in search of a Mexican restaurant and were very pleased with this choice. I ordered a large shrimp and paprika burrito, which was excellent—the vegetables were cooked just right, and the Tomatillo sauce was outstanding. My brother had the Super Enchilada, which was packed with meat and topped with delicious red sauce. We all left feeling full and satisfied. The salsas were tasty, and the guacamole was spot on. Our server did a fantastic job too. Overall, it was a perfect experience, 10/10. And I must mention, the ladies' restroom was lovely and impeccably clean!

Just had to share … I’m at Pancho’s for lunch. I’ve passed by this place too many times since 2014 and today I’m saying YES I deserve to have fish tacos and NOT another protein shake!!!! I’m so glad I finally said yes. The fish tacos were so tasty grilled to perfection, and I must say add the guacamole because it’s got a great spice without being too hot.

Service was fast and friendly, even though the high school had some kids coming in for lunch while we were there. Plenty of seats. The tacos were perfect and their homemade horchata was delicious!
