When I heard that Slo has reopened on LOVR, I knew I had to check it out to see what Chef Johnathon had created. Right now, they’re serving authentic Mexican cuisine, and I don’t think I even took a breath during my first bites! The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor, and the salsa had a nice spicy kick. I will definitely be returning!
Wow, the flavors were incredible! The shrimp dish came with at least a dozen large shrimp—check out the picture below. The spicy salsa was impressive! The carnitas enchiladas were fantastic as well. The portions were very generous. Make sure to add this place to your must-visit list!
The restaurant is fantastic! We stopped by for lunch and I was expecting some typical Mexican dishes, but what we got were some incredibly flavorful enchiladas that blew me away. They came with avocado, sour cream, a small salad, and even the beans and rice were delicious. I can't wait to return and try more items on the menu. The red sauce has a bit more spice and a pleasantly bitter undertone, but I personally preferred the green sauce. They also have a terrace, which is dog-friendly if that's something you enjoy, and parking is simple too.
