Bidra med feedbackI tried the new sandwich shop in downtown SLO for lunch. It was pretty empty and at first I thought it was closed because it was really dark and lacked an open sign. However, the staff was very friendly and gave recommendations. They also shared that all their pastries and salads are made fresh in-house. I ordered the Reuben and a turkey sandwich to go. The Reuben was served on a seeded rye bread with a good amount of sauerkraut, and the turkey sandwich had a nice layer of avocado and was served on squaw bread (which reminded me of pumpernickel). Both sandwiches were very fresh and loaded with meat, but I found the actual size of the sandwiches for $9 and $10 to be a little small. However, overall they were very tasty and I would love to go back and try their pastas and other options as well.
I recently tried the Sicilian sandwich at this restaurant and it was hands down the best sandwich I've had in months. The overall dining experience was also very clean and well-maintained.
My husband and I dined at this restaurant today and had an amazing time! The two men working there were courteous, attentive, and quick. Our sandwiches were tasty and the PB cookie we had for dessert was the perfect ending to our meal. ???? Everyone is tired of dealing with COVID and the impact it has had on dining out, but this meal made it feel like the good old days of 2019. We will definitely be returning!
Ordered boxed lunches today (9/9) for a group. The boxes came with a sandwich, cookie, salad, and chips. I got the Cajun turkey sandwich it was really good, I recommend it! I didn?t catch the name of the young man who helped us out and delivered our order, but he was very friendly and got everything together for us on time. The order was perfect and the food was great. Thank you so much!
Had only a delicious tomaten mozzarella basilikum wrap, children had a delicious fresh truthahn sandwich and piping hot meatball suppe! we will be back!
