Outback Steakhouse - San Marcos

The food was good - the glass ware, the cutlery, dirty- we went through 3 reels cutlery before they were to recognize ALL dirty, along with all glassware. Will not go back - was here for 23 years, regularly. The management clearly does not care to pay attention to the basic details of cleanliness, and it concerns me how the hidden from guest areas look when this was the impression/visibility we have received. Great.

I was here a few times, service is all the possibilities nice and pleasant, the servers are complete angels and deserve every tip they get. I usually order a drink to go with my stealing, and I was forced to order my drinks easily as the last few times I was the bar seems really hard to pour out, but nothing too much to complain about. The food is all good EXCEPT the steaks. For some reason, I have to send my steak back every time I visit myself, because I order my steak Rare and all the ways come back raw. Now I admit that I should often order in restaurants when I was wise, but in my defense, it is a steak house, they should know the differences when it is cooked for rare verse outside, but cold raw in the middle. But they take care of each time really fast, take it back and give me a perfectly cooked rare steak every time. All in all, a good place with decent prices and great services.

The staff is excellent and friendly. Food is consistently good. If you sit at the bar, you are guaranteed to make new friends. A well-run restaurant and in terms of consistency and service one of the better facilities in San Marcos. This is an excellent place to go for every occasion! 5/5

I wanted to leave the steakhouse, but I wasn't with one in two years. I don't know if it was just this place and/or if they had a bad day, but the whole food we ordered was not very good. We had sirloin, coconut cloves, sweet potatoes, a great flower and much more. The Sirloin (cooked medium) was hard and chewing. You had to work with the steak knife to cut it through. The coconut war had a taste. I can't put it in words, but it just didn't taste good. The fantastic blossom seemed like she might have fried a little too long. Altogether, just not good food.

I love Outback and their flavor. I've been going there for many year. However the food has been worth the money my last two visits. Everything else if fine, but I don't eat there soley for the good service; I go there to eat with my domestic partner. And maybe it's just this particular restaurant of their, but I've had better visits in the past. And yes, my last two visits were at this particular Outback steakhouse.
