Bidra med feedbackGreat experience overall. It seems they're still recovering from the pandemic, as the place wasn’t very crowded. The service was excellent. I had the prime rib, which was cooked to perfection. My girlfriend ordered the rib and requested it to be medium-rare. That can be tricky with such a thin cut, but she was willing to give it a try. Unfortunately, when it came out, it was cooked the same way as mine—overdone. I noticed the table across from us had ordered the same dish and theirs was also overcooked. It seems they have a bit of work to do in that area. Still, it was a good experience overall, and I’d rate them four stars.
I visited the restaurant based on their recommendation, but I had never heard of it before. My family and I waited for about 15 minutes for a table, which was fine, but then we were overlooked. After waiting an additional 20 minutes with no one coming to take our drink or food order, we decided to leave. When I mentioned to some of the waitstaff that we had been waiting, one of them casually replied that they didn’t even realize we were there. I was very disappointed, especially since it was our first time dining there.
Great service and eating! lewis helped us and remembered my man. made him his favorite drink, smoked old fashion.
Great service, nice outdoor patio area with heaters, if needed. Moderately priced as a steakhouse. Steak and shrimp plates are very good. Baked potato soup is delicious.
The outback steakhouse in san marcos. Fairly new place, in the center of town. Easy access from town or the freeway. Good amount of parking, overflow shared with the hotel. Quality menu and nice indoor\outdoor bar. Fairly expensive, but good quality. I ordered medium well. I got rare : . pumpernickel bread was warm and tasty. I wish they had honey butter. Good selection from steak to chicken to surf and turf. Plus some creative menu items and apps. Recommended.
