Smoothie King - San Marcos

We arrived just 15 minutes before closing at 9 PM, and the staff kicked us out as soon as we mentioned we were there. The person who served us was very rude and disrespectful. I suggest you save your time and go to SHAKE SMART instead, as they close at 10 PM!

I wouldn't recommend this place. The customer service was awful, and the guy with the ponytail seemed lazy, as he just commanded his staff while mopping and left 20 minutes early before closing. I suggest checking out Shake Smart instead.

This is one of the most welcoming Smoothie King locations I've ever visited. Zachary and the manager were exceptionally friendly. While I was there, a woman came in and started to harass Zachary and other customers. Zachary dealt with the situation very professionally, making sure that I and the other customers felt safe. The manager was also very accommodating towards the woman and handled everything with professionalism. They truly prioritize the security and convenience of their customers. This is by far the best Smoothie King I've been to!

This is the best smoothie king I still had. The smoothies are top animals and their employees. There was a lady who came to the store and had begun to harass one of the staff named Zachary. She made clear things and was very rude to him. She even started a job with my girlfriend and me because we don't defend her. He treated the situation extremely professionally and even jumped in to ensure our convenience. The manager came out and solved the problem by very quiet conversations with the lady about what she needed and Zachary about what was the confusion. I am HIGHLY impressed by how the staff took care of the situation and the smoothies! They were delicious!

The female worker at this location with pigtails was extremely rude to my woman, everyone else I’ve dealt with here were good. Needs to be fired.6/17/2022Employees at this location were very rude once again and decided to close up shop 30 minutes before the actual closing time, there’s a tall white male that literally walked behind me and my woman to make sure we walked out of the location only to lock the door while business should still be open. At least provide extra time if employees need it to clean up and call it a day.
