El peor hotel de Madrid, un 3 estrellas que no se lo merece ni de lejos. Trato del personal muy mala, nada atentos y con desgana. Estuvimos el fin de semana, a partir de las 00:00 deja de haber nadie en recepción, te dejan la llave para que abras la puerta de la entrada si llegas más tarde, hasta aquí todo bien. La sorpresa vino cuando a las 00:30 empezó a sonar la alarma de incendios, llamamos a los teléfonos del hotel y todos apagados. Tuvimos que llamar a la policía la cual se personó por si había algún incendio e intento contactar con los teléfonos del hotel y aparecían apagados. Se sorprendieron de que no hubiera un teléfono de emergencias hábil de algún responsable del hotel. La alarma estuvo sonando desde las 00:30 a las 7:15 de la mañana del día siguiente. Por parte del hotel al día siguiente como si nada,ni un lo siento de nadie responsable del hotel. Si llega a pasar algo de verdad y hay un incendio, ni se habrían enterado hasta el día siguiente.
