La Corniche - San-Martino-di-Lota

We paid 145 euro to stay in a comfort double room. The price didn't include breakfast. For our money we received a really basic room, with no amenities, spotty at best internet and old pillows. There was a small window overlooking the restaurant and the sea. The bathroom had no shower curtain so whenever we used it the whole place became wet, slippery and dirty. The pool of the hotel was very small and not particularly clean. The sun chairs were very close to each other as there was no space. All the corridors in the hotel was covered with old dirty worn-out carpets. The location of the hotel is not bad but not that great either - I am not sure why it has received high ratings. A stand-out for this hotel is its restaurant where we had a wonderful stylish meal with great rosè and complementary spectacular view of the small town and the sea.

Stayed overnight at La Corniche twice during the month of May, at the start and end of our week-long tour of Corsica. Amazing location and an 'interesting' road to get there -- but all VERY worth while. Excellent restaurant (also the one in the village run by family of the hotel owner). What a view from our bedroom window -- one of the best around. I can only recommend this hotel most highly.......

Very nice and superb location. Though, so close to Bastia as well as perfect location to start the visit of CAP CORSE. Amazing. Family owned and well kept.

When you're not used to, you drive the roads that snake into the maquis without really understanding. but at the end of the effort, we are rewarded by the remarkable location of the hotel and the view of the maquis, the very old houses very close. guaranteed disbursement. particularly welcoming staff and quality restaurant. only happiness to appreciate the corse. we have made the road between the hotel and bastia (taking the road by the right leaving the hotel), the view is impressive: very good memory of our stay.

Hotel very nice welcome we stayed one night and really it was nice the pool is nice and nice restaurant it is great ! impeccable breakfast I recommend this place the view is beautiful !!!! I regret not having stayed for 2 nights!
